Permit for phosphorus recycling plant in Bottrop granted by the district government of Münster
In the framework of the BMBF-funded RePhoR joint project AMPHORE, the construction and operation of the demonstration plant at the Bottrop wastewater treatment plant (EGLV) was approved by the responsible authority under immission control law.
The owner and operator of the plant is PhosRec Phosphor-Recycling GmbH, Bottrop, a company of the water associations Emschergenossenschaft, Lippeverband, Ruhrverband, Wupperverband and Linksniederrheinische Entwässerungs-Genossenschaft.
The plant implements the patented PARFORCE-Technology® of PARFORCE Engineering & Consulting GmbH, Freiberg, as a large-scale pilot plant. With PARFORCE-Technology®, the basic chemical phosphoric acid can be obtained from sewage sludge ashes.
AMPHORE Project for Phosphorus Recycling in NRW progresses
The research project "Regional sewage sludge and ash management for phosphorus recycling for a metropolitan area" (AMPHORE), with which PARFORCE-Technology Cooperation GmbH (PTC) was commissioned, has entered the implementation phase after a successful first project phase.
When engineer Hermann Deichmann opened his technical office in Bebra, Hesse, in 1947, he could not have imagined what would one day emerge from it.
75 years later, Deichmann Filter Technik is one of the technology leaders in the field of industrial dust collection for a wide range of industries.
On the occasion of the company's 75th anniversary coming up this year, DFT's sales manager published an interesting article on the subject of air pollution control, which you can download here.
New CFH Headquarters in Marl - the Countdown is on!
This summer, CFH Holding, together with its subsidiaries CFT and PTC, will move to its new headquarters in Marl!
The new location, with more than 7,500 m² of production space - including an innovative fan test stand - will be heated and cooled by a geothermal system and supplied with electricity from its own photovoltaic system.
Last Friday, our employees were able to get an impression of the current construction progress at an "open site day".
In the future, you can reach us at the following address:
We are pleased to announce that CFH Group has taken over the sales divisions Road Tunnel Ventilation and Metro & Rail Ventilation from DLK Ventilatoren GmbH in Schöntal, Germany, with effect from 1st November 2021.
The sales activities as well as the entire order processing of jet fans and smoke extraction fans for tunnels and metros will be carried out exclusively by CFT GmbH immediately.
The acquired fan technology is based on more than 50 years of competence in the construction of industrial and smoke extraction fans from the brand manufacturer DLK Ventilatoren GmbH.
The acquisition concerns the SATM and SARM product ranges for fire protection classes F300 and F400. The tunnel jet fans (SATM series) are available in sizes from 630 to 1,600 mm and the reversible smoke extract fans (SARM series) in sizes from 1,000 to 2,500 mm.
We look forward to collaborating on projects - worldwide!
From 6th - 8th September 2021, we will be present for you at the 16th International Congress AFTES (French Association of Tunnels and Underground Space) at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
Our staff is very much looking forward to welcoming you in person again!
You will find us at booth numbers 157 - 160.

With the latest new development of its subsidiary DFT Deichmann Filtertechnik, the CFH Group is taking another innovative leap in the field of industrial dedusting.
The Deichmann KJF compact filter with the new patented DELA cleaning system not only reduces costs for the customer, but also optimizes efficiency and filter results at the same time.
DELA stands for Decentralized, Energy efficient, Low-pressure and ATEX compliant. The system operates autonomously on site and does not require an external compressed air connection. DELA is the logical further development of the pressurized exhaust air cleaning system in dedusting plants.

New CFH subsidiary for recovering phosphorus from sewage sludge and ash
CFH Group and PARFORCE Engineering & Consulting GmbH are pleased to announce the launch of a joint subsidiary, PTC - PARFORCE-Technology Cooperation GmbH.
Together we engineer, build and operate industrial plants for the recovery of phosphorus from effluents containing phosphate such as sewage sludge ash according to the German Sewage Sludge Act (AbfKlärV).
By the end of 2023, operators of wastewater treatment plants must submit their concept to the authorities for implementing their phosphorus recovery obligation, which will apply from 01.01.2029.
In the EU, phosphorus is considered to be a critical raw material. The production of phosphoric acid from waste streams helps to preserve natural resources and support a recycling economy.
We are looking forward to upcoming joint projects to implement circular recovery!
CFT Dry Dedusting for Roadheaders - Fully Refurbished “Down Under”
Under the current circumstances, the CFH subsidiaries around the world are especially important to us.
In this respect, we are very proud of the work done out by our subsidiary, CFH Australia. Not only were they able to repair a considerable number of used CFT dry dedusters locally in Australia, but they also upgraded them with additional functions before being putting them back into operation successfully on new jobs.
The optimized systems offer our customers important advantages during operation:
Smart system control for permanent monitoring (including dust leakage detection)
Crawler tracks for enhanced mobility without the use of additional machines
Integration of an on-board air compressor for an independent compressed air supply
This work serves to confirm our commitment to the provision of full service locally in the important Australian market.
We look forward to further projects at the other end of the world!
