The whistleblower system of CFH Holding

Our corporate success is based on integrity and compliance. To live up to this claim, it is important to learn about potential misconduct and to correct it.

The whistleblower system of CFH Holding offers the possibility to report potential violations of rules by employees.

We examine every tip and follow it up consistently. An essential cornerstone of the whistleblower system is the principle of a fair process. In addition, we guarantee the highest possible protection for whistleblowers, those affected, as well as the employees involved in clarifying the information. Applying pressure on whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to the promotion of correct behaviour at CFH will not be tolerated.

The presumption of innocence applies to those affected until the violation is proven. Investigations will be conducted in the strictest confidence. The information will be processed in a fair, expeditious and protected process.

Reporting potential misconduct - but how?

To ensure that your report can be appropriately processed and investigated by the Enlightenment Office, it is important that the report is as specific as possible. It is helpful if you consider the 5 questions when making your report:

Who?  What?  When?  How?  Where?

As the person providing the information, please make sure that your descriptions can also be understood by people outside your field of expertise. It is helpful if you are available for further questions.

If you are willing to do this, but would still like to maintain your anonymity vis-à-vis the company, please use the protected online reporting channel or contact us by phone at the telephone number you find there.
